With locations in St. Helena, San Francisco’s Ferry Building, Napa’s Oxbow Market, Palo Alto, Walnut Creek, Los Angeles, and the Chase Center, the popular Gott’s captures the essence of the traditional roadside legacy across California. Personalized to each location yet inspired by the St. Helena’s original, BCV’s design incorporates industrial elements as rough wood walls, whitewashed ceilings, steel, polished concrete and bold graphics to create an informal environment for casual gathering and dining.
Collaborating with the Gott’s Roadside team since its brand’s original incarnation as Taylor’s Roadside and then Taylor’s, BCV has designed multiple Gott’s Roadside restaurants, including its newest location at San Francisco’s Chase Center. Under the tagline ‘roadside redefined,’ BCV has captured the essence of the St. Helena original, including creating Gott’s hallmark indoor/outdoor experience with welcoming patios, a custom Airstream trailer for outdoor drinks service, operable roll-up doors and sliding glass panels throughout dining areas, as well as shaded outdoor terraces. The restaurants integrate significant beer and wine bars while maintaining Gott’s famously inviting, family-friendly atmosphere. Oak benches and tables, ipe wood exterior furniture, and communal tables warm the palette of painted v-groove wood siding, blackened steel plate casings and detailed stainless steel.
