Maureen is a Senior Associate and Senior Project Manager at BCV, and joined the firm in 1999 to helm the firm’s work on the Ferry Building Marketplace.
Maureen has a reputation as a skilled architect and manager of complex, design-oriented projects. With extensive experience in food world projects of all sizes, she has been involved with numerous high-profile public markets, fine dining restaurants, food production and retail projects, and the design of food events. She has also been responsible for managing the firm’s involvement in many of its large-scale projects, including the Treasure Island Master Plan, the Hollywood Park Master Plan, the Bay Meadows Master Plan, Sports Basement Presidio, Woodbury Town Center and The Green on Park Place retail center.
Maureen has been instrumental in advancing BCV’s expertise in issues of sustainability, adaptive reuse and historic preservation projects. Prior to coming to BCV, she was involved in the historic renovations of the Orpheum and Curran Theaters in San Francisco for Korth Sunsery Hagey Architects, and multiple hospitality/resort projects for Frizzell Hill Moorhouse Architects.
