GOTT'S ROADSIDE palo alto

palo alto, California

The 4,000 SF Gott’s Roadside at Palo Alto’s Town & Country Village was designed to embrace the signature bones of the interior – including the impressive wood structure overhead and concrete floor – while imbuing the space with Gott’s brand elements and references to its wine country roots. Hot-rolled, blackened steel wraps the seating of fumed oak benches and tables, while end walls are clad in reclaimed wine barrel staves from the Gott family winery – their former use evident from the red wine stains found on each board.

Taking inspiration from the classic roadside diner as well as the regional agrarian landscape, Gott’s restaurants feature a classic material palette of metal, glass, steel and wood, and clean, durable furnishings to support the high customer volume found at each location. BCV has had the pleasure of working with the Gott’s Roadside team on its Ferry Building, Walnut Creek, Marin and Chase Center locations.
