Franciscan eState

St. Helena, California

Franciscan Estate believes that the wine tasting experience should be inviting, regardless of the taster's knowledge of wine. BCV's design expresses this philosophy with a warm, timeless setting that offers layers of wine exploration - from private tastings to educational seminars - in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

The tasting room has a clerestory monitor that runs the length of the building, suffusing the the interior with an abundance of natural light. A number of more intimate spaces branch off from the main tasting room, including the wine library - a simple, vaulted space evocative of the traditional wine cave.
