BCV Architecture + Interiors is designing a new location for The Post Brewing Co. within Denver International Airport’s Great Hall, building upon the brand’s reputation for welcoming atmosphere, dedication to quality food and drink, and commitment to impeccable hospitality. The design maintains The Post’s soul and character within an evolved interior aesthetic that promises to resonate with its welcoming Colorado character, western spirit and efficient, customer-centric service.

The design balances a mix of full-service restaurant and active bar area, providing for a variety of dining options throughout the day. Within the restaurant, a strong sense of place is established through the rapport between sustainably-sourced materials and strong architectural moves. An underlying expressed steel structural framework supports a series of architectural ceiling and wall planes of warm Colorado wood, all overlaying a classic “roadside diner” backdrop of ceramic wall tile, marked by an iconic rust red wrap-around graphic belt band. These complementary architectural elements define a cohesive backdrop for the more nuanced furnishings and fixtures within. ​ ​ ​
