BCV is working with Kilroy to re-envision The Sunset, an existing retail center with outdoor public space located along Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood.

The Sunset Strip is known for its rich history, vibrant character and eclectic nightlife, dining and retail offerings. One of the defining characteristics of the site is the protected area between retail buildings that offered opportunities for outdoor gathering and social space, set back from the busy nearby street. Prioritizing exterior tenant improvements facing onto the public square, BCV integrated new exterior elements, landscape and cafe seating options for visitors.
