hollywood park

Inglewood, California

Hollywood Park is a visionary mixed-use development incorporating residential, retail, office space and sports entertainment on the 300-acre site of the former Hollywood Park racetrack in Inglewood, California. BCV has designed the mixed-use town center which includes over 500,000 SF of retail and entertainment buildings at the intersection of Century and Prairie. At the heart of the city of Inglewood, this new urban village will build on the characteristics that the Mediterranean climate of Los Angeles promotes.

The project incorporates cultural sensitivity, sustainability and a sense of community that supports living life in a joyous way. A lake and park lie at the center of the project, with each of the major programmatic components - retail, office and residential - relating in their layout and design to this civic heart. Design is in association with Hart Howerton, Architects Orange, Hall & Foreman, Inc., Studio MLA, RSM Design, SWA Group and HKS.
