BCV has been involved in the formulation of master planning initiatives for the Oxbow District of downtown Napa, California. This follows our successful realization of the transformative Oxbow Public Market project, which has brought new vitality and associated additional development interest to the Oxbow District.

The master planning efforts for this district have centered around leveraging the Oxbow Market’s energy, along with new residential development, to help catalyze a resurgence/renewal of the COPIA Center for Food, Wine, and the Arts, while simultaneously integrating the district into the overall pedestrian downtown district of Napa.
