Senior Associate
Maureen Hardy is a Senior Associate and Senior Project Manager at BCV, and joined the firm in 1999 to helm its work on the Ferry Building Marketplace. Ms. Hardy has a reputation as a skilled architect and manager of complex, design-oriented projects with numerous stakeholders
With experience in hospitality, retail and food world projects, and high-end residential, Ms. Hardy has been involved in the design and realization of projects of all scales and sizes, from the Hollywood Park Retail Center to the Treasure Island Master Plan, to restaurants, retail shops and residences throughout California and Hawaii. Ms. Hardy has been instrumental in advancing BCV’s expertise in sustainable design, adaptive reuse, and historic preservation.
Prior to joining BCV, Ms. Hardy was involved in the historic renovations of the Orpheum and Curran Theaters in San Francisco for KSH Architects, and hospitality/resort projects for Frizzell Hill Moorhouse Architects (now HKS).
