Designer/Job Captain

BCV is opening positions for a Designer/Job Captain with 2-8 years of experience to join our firm in San Francisco or New York City. ​ The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and versatile designer, capable of supporting jobs from concept studies and presentations through technical execution. ​ Fluency in Revit/AutoCAD and Adobe CC is required, experience with residential and/or hospitality projects is highly regarded. ​ (Salary Range: ​ $60,000-$110,000)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture from an accredited college/university
  • 2-8 years of architectural office experience
  • Experience with residential and/or hospitality projects is highly regarded
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and graphic communication skills
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe CC is required
  • SketchUp or other modeling/rendering experience preferred

Interior Architect

BCV is opening a position for an Interior Architect with 3-8 years of experience to join our firm in San Francisco or New York City. ​ The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and versatile designer, capable of supporting jobs from concept studies and presentations through full technical drawings and FF&E specification. ​ Fluency in Revit/AutoCAD and Adobe CC is required, and experience with residential and/or hospitality interiors is a priority. (Salary Range: ​ $65,000-$120,000)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or Interior Design from an accredited college/university
  • 3-8 years of related work experience
  • Experience with full-scope hospitality and/or residential projects
  • Experience creating millwork/custom furniture drawings and specifications
  • Experience researching, presenting, and specifying FF&E
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and graphic communication skills
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe CC is required
  • SketchUp or other modeling/rendering experience is highly preferred

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

BCV Architecture + Interiors is opening a position for an Architectural Designer with 2-5 years of experience to help build a dynamic new studio in New York City. The ideal candidate is a versatile designer and enterprising professional - someone who is ready to collaborate on a wide variety of work and is eager for the opportunities of an emerging office. An interest in food, hospitality and retail design is important. Good taste in music is a plus.

BCV Architecture + Interiors is looking for a professional, thoughtful and self-motivated individual with strong design, technical detailing and coordination skills to join our San Francisco office as a Job Captain. The successful candidate will be a strong team player with strengths in early presentation work for projects, and excellent knowledge of Autodesk Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Cloud.

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture from accredited college/university
  • 5+ years of previous architectural office experience

  • Excellent verbal and graphic communication skills
  • Professional licensure and LEED® certification, or demonstrated path towards completion
