BCV recently completed 18 Calle Cartagena at Las Catalinas, a new single-family residence that incorporates three adjacent lots and totals approximately 6,500 SF of interior living area.

Located in Beach Town just above the Playa Danta, the design of the home takes full advantage of its dramatic waterfront setting and three floors of ocean views. Working in collaboration with Las Catalinas and Beth Webb Interiors, the design integrated courtyards and terraces that take advantage of the warm climate and allow for large groups to spread out around common outdoor spaces. The first level of the home features an entry garden and outdoor dining area with adjacent wet bar, as well as easily accessible indoor kitchen and dining areas, bedroom and private apartment connected to the main house. The second level master suite and bedrooms feature separate porches with ocean views.
