BCV designed Belcampo Meat Co.’s San Francisco location to combine a welcoming butcher shop experience with a classic dining environment - both of which showcase Belcampo's unique offerings in a variety of ways. The shop, located on Polk Street below Russian Hill, is divided between an airy, light-filled butcher shop and an elegant 34-seat dining area that features blue banquettes made with leather from Belcampo steer.
Belcampo raises and processes its own animals on its northern California farm near Mt. Shasta. BCV has designed the company's farm offices and production kitchen buildings, as well as multiple retail and dining locations throughout California.
