Sea Ranch Residence reinterprets the famous vernacular developed at Sea Ranch, seeking to incorporate a greater level of detail while remaining sympathetic to the community. Located on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the three-bedroom house and guest cottage are designed to take advantage of the shelter from the coastal wind provided by a hedgerow to the west. A large outdoor room between the main house and guesthouse is oriented both toward the hedgerow and the ocean to the south. Designed to celebrate cooking and entertaining, the house features a wood burning pizza oven, rotisserie and multiple fireplaces.
