napa farms market
Celebrating the Bay Area’s food culture with stations from local vendors, Napa Farms Market at SFO has become one of the premier airport food destinations in the world. BCV worked with Tastes on the Fly and renowned marketplace developer Steve Carlin to realize this concept, which created a new hospitality experience for the airport environment.
Napa Farms Market has won multiple airport industry awards since opening in 2013.

Napa Farms Market's second location, at SFO's International Terminal, leverages the diverse tenant mix and sleek, polished design of the original. The market's aspiration to celebrate “slow” food for busy travelers through the juxtaposition of complementary materials is reprised in this design.
SF GIANTS CLUBHOUSE
BCV worked with San Francisco's beloved baseball team and Tastes on the Fly to create a new sports bar and restaurant concept for SFO. SF Giants Clubhouse combines the spirit of an inclusive, welcoming fan base with an urban stadium experience, creating a lively and subtly sophisticated environment.
SF uncork'd
An SFO favorite that celebrates the Bay Area and nearby wine country, SF Uncork’d provides a warm, open enoteca atmosphere to welcome travelers from the bustle of the adjacent concourse.
A palette of contemporary materials and textures, such as warm oak used in the wine displays, entry portal and cantilevered bar counter, industrial blackened metal detailing and concrete counters and flooring reference classic industrial wine industry materials.
mustards grill
Mustards Grill is a modern interpretation of the classic Napa bistro. BCV worked with renowned chef Cindy Pawlcyn and Tastes on the Fly to create a warm, welcoming environment that embraces the rich history and character of the original Mustards with thoughtful detailing and clean, modern lines.
samovar tea bar + cafe
Samovar at SFO features the heritage of tea drinking for the modern traveler. The contemporary aesthetic features a refined, natural palette juxtaposed with moments of crafted brass to create a serene oasis for visitors.
Samovar was the recipient of a 2018 FAB 'Best New F+B Concept' award.
tomokazu
Located in SFO's International Terminal, Tomokazu embodies the soul of detailed, traditional Japanese craftsmanship. Warm, light wood enveloping the seating area contrasts with crisp white orderliness of the sushi prep and order counter for a dynamic, inviting atmosphere within this jewelbox space along the concourse.
Klein's deli
Located within Terminal 3 at SFO, Klein's Deli features a mix of quick serve and retail offerings within a 1,000 SF space. The deli's clean, striking materials and graphics help to evolve its brand and create a renewed identity, celebrating women of accomplishment who provide the theme for this creative concept.
JAX FISH HOUSE + OYSTER BAR
BCV is designing a high-profile location at Denver International Airport's Great Hall for celebrated local oyster bar Jax. Ample bar seating allows for travelers to take in the energy of oyster shucking and creative cocktail preparation, as well as the bustling surrounding concourse. Signature elements of this location, two aquarium 'pillars' anchor either end of the back-bar.
