The renovation of Cowgirl Creamery’s 1,000 SF Ferry Building retail shop creates a refreshed look for the space, while streamlining the customer experience at one of the market hall’s busiest locations. BCV created custom casework throughout to highlight an array of grab-and-go options, and positioned the cheese counter prominently at the center of the shop, encouraging interaction with Cowgirl staff. New finishes, including butcher block counter tops and and custom refrigerated cases from Italy, give the space a clean, airy feel. The renovation also provides an improved connection to the neighboring Cowgirl Sidekick stall for staff, bringing more accessibility to the walk-in and prep kitchen.
