Mission Park is a 46-acre complex near the corner of Montague Expressway and Mission College Boulevard in the heart of Silicon Valley. BCV is working with Seattle-based Washington Holdings, which purchased the property in 2013, to redevelop a portion of the site with a 24,000 SF retail center adjacent to a five-story 175-room Element Westin Hotel.

A total of five single-story retail buildings, ranging in size from 1,300 to 7,200 SF, will add restaurants and other amenities to the campus, with additional landscaped courtyard space for open air gathering and dining. When the new development is finished, the property will have approximately 560,000 SF of office and R&D space remaining.
