GOTT'S ROADSIDE
Palo Alto, California

The 4,000 SF Gott’s Roadside at Palo Alto’s Town & Country Village is the latest addition to existing locations in St. Helena, The Ferry Building and Napa's Oxbow Public Market. A painted wood structure envelopes the interior, in which hot-rolled blackened steel wraps seating of fumed oak benches and tables. End walls are clad in reclaimed wine barrel staves from Joel Gott’s winery, their former use evident by the red wine stains still on the boards.

Taking inspiration from both the roadside diner - the original St. Helena Gott’s - as well as the regional agrarian landscape, the Gott’s restaurants contain a classic materials palette and simple furnishings made of metal, glass and wood, lending to the timeless air of Gott’s.
